Saudi lost today to Portugal in preparation for the World Cup 2006 in germany. The Game strated brightly for the Saudi , and Saudia almost scored with a shot form Amin going just over.
After the initial good start by Saudia , the Portugese team took over the control of the game from Saudia. The Portugese team had a better organization and spread over the field, and they tried to control the ball and run the play.
Saudi Midfield was not able to match the effort of Portugese National Team
The Saudi National Team had only one shot in the whole first half of the game.
In the second half Potugese team coach took out Figo and Deco, and Saudi team improved considerably, Noor had a great oppourtunity but he could not connect with a ball in the opponent half.
The portugese team scored 2 goals in first half, and 1 goal in the second half.
Ronaldo troubled the Saudi team with his speed. He scored a goal by header against Daeya
